Returns.
Your purchase is protected by our Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase or have received an incorrect product, just call or email us
within 15 days and we will accept your returns of all unopened products in their
original packaging. Please ensure you're your return is in its original sealed packaging.
A full refund will be issued in lieu of the return.
Refund Time.
Once your return has been received and inspected by our Returns Department, your
refund will be processed. All refunds are processed to your credit card or the original
method of payment and may take up to 7 business days after receipt of the return.
Please bear in mind that depending on your credit card company it may take an addition
3-5 working days for the payments to be posted on your account.
