Is it necessary to have a SimplyLenses.com account for shopping?

What is Cash-on-Delivery?
Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) is a method of purchasing in which you make your payment at the time of delivery, rather than paying in advance. The payment has to be made to the courier at the time of delivery. Please keep in mind that no cheques or demand drafts can be accepted by the courier.

What are your shipping charges?
There are no shipping charges. We offer free shipping on all orders across the country.

What is the delivery time?
The time of delivery depends on the products purchased. However, most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days. If there are any delays, for whatever reason, our customer service team will contact you about it.

How will you send my order?
We use only reputable courier companies like DTDC, AFL, FedEx or Blue Dart for deliveries.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is shipped. You can also track the status of your order anytime by logging into your account on our site. You can also call us Toll Free on 1-800-233-1234 anytime between 9:00 AM -9:00 PM Monday-Saturday to check the status of your order.

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.

What should I do if I receive my order has been opened or is delivered in a damaged condition?
All items are insured against theft and damage during transit. Please do not accept the package and contact our customer service team immediately.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
If your order has been shipped but not yet delivered, please contact customer service at the earliest and inform them about this.

If your order has been delivered and you wish to return it, please contact our customer service team for details of our returns procedure. We offer a no-questions-asked-returns policy for 10 days from the date of delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us to arrange for a return. Please bear in mind that we will only be able to accept returns and offer refunds on returns received with the original sealed box, instruction papers, warrantee and other accessories if any. Opened boxes will not be taken back even if there are unused lenses in the box.

When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in it's in original condition and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Your money will be refunded in full within 3 business days of the receipt of the product.
